2009 Dojo Diary

October 17th, 2009

Today everyone trained outside to test their spirits in the cold. Though the temperature was just above freezing, everyone was quite warm by the end of class.

Today Gary and I woke early and drove to train Stony Plain to train with Sempai Steve and his students.

Today many students were awarded their extra prizes from the Calgary Dojo for their hard efforts in raising money for the annual IKOK-C Kick a thon that was held this past fall, GREAT WORK everyone.
