Christmas party
14 December, 2015
On Monday December 14th the annual CKK Christmas party and talent show was held. Families from all the Calgary locations got together for an evening of food, recognition and great entertainment. This year nearly 300 people attended the potluck party and everyone put there best forward to making this one of the best meals ever…. So much delicious food!
Following the dinner, presentations were made to the amazing CKK instructors and volunteers to thank them for their service. IKOK-C long service certificates recognizing individuals who have been training for 5, 10 or 15 years were also handed out. Congratulations to you all.
After the presentations, it was time for CKK’s best to showcase their amazing talents and skills in the annual talent show. The audience was treated to some great performances including guitar music, vocal performances, stand up and dance. Thank you to everyone who participated.
The evening wrapped up with the traditional year-in-review slide show, highlighting the best (and funniest) moments of 2015.
Thank you to everyone for helping put together an amazing celebration once again, with special thanks to Sempais Lisa and Denis for their great organization of this party from its inception 15 years ago! We hope you all have a wonderful holiday season and we’ll see you in 2016!
