On Saturday December 5th, Clubs joined from around Alberta to compete in the 2nd annual Edmonton Cup. This year Calgary had 14 participants in the event that offered participation in all IKOK-C divisions. I am proud to say everyone that participated did an exceptional job. In fact this year we placed 2nd in our attempt to regain the Edmonton Cup…. great job everyone we will get it next year!!! A great big thank you goes out to Sensei Nathan and Sempai Joe for all their work organizing the event which was well attended by many and a great big Thank You goes out to all supporting dojo’s. Events are only successful if they have the support of our IKOK-C member dojo’s. We look forward to the next event on January 16, 2016. The Banff Karate Championships. Hope to see you all there.
