On Monday the 12th of December Calgary Kyokushin Karate held its annual pot luck Chrstmas party. This year over 270 people joined for an evening of food and fun. Congratulations to those who received IKOK-C Long term certificates for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of time with the IKOK-C. A very special thank you also goes out to all our instructors. Simply put, without you, there would not be Calgary Kyokushin Karate. OSU!!!!
