Saturday, November 19th marked the date for the 3rd annual Edmonton Cup Karate Tournament in Edmonton Alberta. This year all clubs from Alberta participated in the tournament which offered divisions in Non contact and knockdown kumite as well as Kata. Once again our Calgary team did a great job and placed 2nd in the team standings. A great big THANK YOU goes out to Sensei Nathan Howat and Sempai Joe Johnston for doing such a great job organizing the event. After the tournament families gathered at the World famous West Edmonton Mall Waterpark for an evening of sliding, swimming and waves, a great time was had by all. See you next year.
