On Saturday April 6, the Alberta Open was held at Commonwealth Recreation Centre in Edmonton Alberta. Competitors challenged one another in Kata, Non-contact and Knockdown divisions in a very well attended event. Special thanks goes out to Sensei Irek Slobodzian and his crew for their hard work in making the day a success. Thank you to everyone who attended from Calgary and to Sempai Steve, Jason and Arden for coaching our participants. You all did an outstanding job representing yourselves and our club.
