The annual IKOK-C Winter camp was held from February 8-10 at the Garden Lake Bible Camp in Salmon Arm BC. Participants from dojo's in Alberta and British Columbia attended the 3 day spirited camp. This year 16 Members from Calgary Kyokushin Karate attended the camp to not only train but to also support our very own Sempai Steve who is grading for his Black belt this year. Dan candidates to go through the board breaking, written exam and interview portions of their grading at winter camp. Then in th next few months they do a technical exam and finally the kumite part of their exam at summer camp in August. Sempai Steve did a great job!
