On Saturday April 2nd, competitors gathered at the Lake Bonavista Community Centre for the 2022 Calgary Cup Karate Championships. The organizing team did an outstanding job and put on a top-notch show which featured over 200 entries in kata and kumite divisions. This was our our first in person event in just over 2 years since our 2020 Calgary Cup Karate Championships were canceled just 6 days prior to the event. Participants and spectators enjoyed a great competition that enhanced the Kyokushin spirit of all in attendance.  We look forward to seeing you next year!
